The McIntire School's Center for Investors and Financial Markets (CIFM) and Darden's Mayo Center for Asset Management collaborate to host this faculty seminar series bringing top scholars to Grounds to share their research in finance, economics, and real estate. The centers alternate hosting the visits and their seminars between McIntire and Darden, increasing collaboration and networking between UVA faculty at the two schools.

On Friday, Nov. 6, CIFM will host Leyla Han, Assistant Professor of Finance at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Leyla's research interests include macro-finance, asset pricing, information and learning and primarily focuses on understanding how information frictions and uncertainty affect the macroeconomy and financial markets.
